New devices prevent people bumming cigarettes off you

It's becoming harder for smokers to coexist with nonsmokers, what with all the nonsmoking in restaurants and bars. But if Crown7's smoke-free smoking devices catch on, a utopian society where smokers can "smoke" without pissing off everyone around them may yet exist.
The battery-powered devices use cartridges filled with nicotine, tobacco flavoring, water, and delicious propylene glycol to recreate the sensation of smoking. Instead of smoke, the "smoker" exhales a purportedly odorless vapor.
The device is available in three designs: cigar ($65), cigarette ($100), and pipe ($150).
According to the Crown7 site, each cartridge is the equivalent of two packs of cigarettes; five cartridges sell for $10.
For anyone still on the fence, it should be noted that each device comes with a "handsome case."

terrible customer service and no product available
I ordered crown7's electric cig's 3 weeks ago. After receiving no response from my order after a few days went by, I sent an e-mail to find out when my product was to be shipped.
A day later I received a response, we are currently out of stock.
Now, shouldn't something as important as having or not having a product be posted on one's website???? After 3 weeks I asked for a refund and I got an e-mail saying that the refund was being made and to, quote" not blame use because it's the FDA who is making it hard for us to get product into the US" unquote.
Now, I don't care what your problem is, but if you don't have the product, then don't advertise it for "SALE" !!!!
Why do other e-cig companies have product and you don't ?????
E-mail your customers, let them know what's happening. If we are not getting our product, GGGGEEEEzzzzzzzuuussss let us know !!!
