All E-Cigarette-Mart.com products that have mains power adapters or chargers are held in our stock with EU format plugs.

EU Format Plugs have two prongs and can accommodate earth connections from the socket.

 
USA Customers, don't worry, read on...

All power adapters are both 110V and 230/240V capable. So the power bricks will work in every country. This leaves the question of the plug type on the end of the cable.

Since the original plug on the adapter cable is in EU format from the E-Cigarette-Mart.com stock, we will supply travel plug adapters free of charge on regular orders, if you indicate on your order that you want another plug type.

When ordering more than 50pcs of any product that requires chargers, you are welcome to request that we include other format plug types, either UK, USA, or Australia. In other words, we can order from the factory some new original cables and power adapters to match your country instead of adding travel plug adapters.

 
Apart from EU, USA, UK, and Australia we cannot guarantee any other plug type can be supplied. However if you are ordering more than 50pcs of any products, please enquire because often the factory can provide more choices when we order special stock to be manufactured. In such a case a special order to the factory is needed and some lead time may be required over normal delivery times.

How To Choose Your Plug Type:

When you enter a new shipping address in your E-Cigarette-Mart account (or edit an existing address) you will see a choice of travel plug adapters:

This enables you to let us know which socket type you have in your country. If you select EU as pictured below, we will not add any travel plug adapter:

This travel plug adapter will not be included usually, because the mains adapter cables we stock are natively EU format.

Whatever plug type you choose in the delivery address for the order, we will provide your choice.
